It’s a guided, non-verbal movement practice that invites the joy of being fully, unapologetically yourself. There are no steps to learn, no need to perform. There are invitations, not expectations. In this special PRIDE edition of Biodanza, we honor the beauty and resilience of queer experience. Expect laughter, tenderness, and a whole lot of queer joy. All bodies and expressions are welcome.
