A Contact Improv Workshop w/ Moti Zemelman & Taina Lyons PLUS Post workshop Jam. In this class we will cultivate receptive states that heighten listening, rest, and surrender. Participants will move as the guide and the guided, experiencing the dynamic push and pull of moving between more active and passive roles in CI.
